The 4030 Double-Sided Cloth Tape has a strong rubber adhesive on both sides of a woven cloth backing. This tape is suitable for rough surfaces like carpet and concrete. This Italian-made tape is also temperature-resistant and waterproof to suit all outdoor conditions. It can be torn by hand making it easy to apply without using a dispenser or knife.
