This change marks a pivotal moment in the company’s ongoing growth and success, as Timothy Salisbury, who founded the business in 1992, officially transitions to focus on strategic growth as Chairman / Founder.

Timothy Salisbury will be now focused on the broader vision of the company. Jonathan, who has spent over a decade working in the business, will take on the responsibility of guiding the company into its next phase of growth as having gained invaluable mentorship from his father, so will now take the reins of day-to-day operations as Managing Director.

Under the leadership of Timothy Salisbury, Omni Group has flourished into a national leader in the packaging industry. What began as a small family business has evolved into a thriving company with distribution centres right across Australia. Over the years, Omni Group has developed award-winning pallet wrapping solutions that have earned recognition both nationally and internationally. The company has established a state-of-the-art in-house Machinery and Service department nationally. It also has recently established its own production of Australia’s only locally made void fill packaging papers. Additionally, Omni Group has solidified its position as Australia’s leading manufacturer of custom printed tape, further demonstrating its dedication to excellence in the packaging industry. These accomplishments have been made possible through Tims unwavering dedication and strategic leadership, supported by his family in leadership roles throughout the company.

Jonathan expressed his enthusiasm about the transition: “For over 10 years, I have had the privilege of learning from my father, and I am incredibly grateful for the guidance and mentorship he has provided.
