Omni Base Power Prestretch Heavy Duty (with auto cut-off)

The Base Pallet Wrapper is an award-winning machine that reduces plastic usage and wrapping costs. Its power pre-stretch function can stretch pallet wrap film up to 400%, increasing stretch film efficiency.

This heavy-duty pallet wrapper has a chain-driven turntable and rack and pinion mast. These features reduce break downs and makes this a low maintenance and reliable machine. It includes multiple programming to ensure it wraps all pallets with optimum load containment.

We offer 5- and 10-year warranty options on this machine as well as full maintenance and servicing. 

FUNCTION

  • Adjustable power pre-stretch or electromagnetic broke film tension. 

  • Adjustable parameters: cycle selection, bottom & top laps, top sheet cycle, rotation speed, carriage ascent & descent speed, film tension, starting wrapping height. 

  • 6 working cycles: ascent/descent; top sheet; only ascent; only descent; layers; stack. 

  • 3 working modes: semi manual, semi-automatic, fixed height. 

  • Strengthening operation. 

  • Wrapped pallet counter. 

  • Stop at home position. 

  • Braked turntable at the end of the cycle
