The Omni Paperfil™ pad cushion machine is a compact, smart and fast protective cushioning system. It can efficiently convert two layers of kraft paper to a 3D crimped shape with high density in a few seconds, feeding directly into the packing station. The resulting padding is shock absorbent and vibration resistant, which is ideal for protecting fragile and heavy items during shipping or transportation. This paper pad void fill cushioning system is the ideal packaging solution for shipping automatic parts, electronics, fine China and more.
Both 50gsm and 80gsm PaperFil paper can be used with this void fill dispenser. The thicker paper is used when a tougher and bulkier paper pad cushion is required. These Z-folded 380mm wide paper packs are Australian made and 100% recyclable, making a very eco-friendly void fill solution.
