Plana Pallet Wrapper - Low Profile Turntable, PPS & Auto Film Cut Off

The Omni Plana Pallet Wrapping Machine has the world’s lowest turntable, only 18mm high. This award-winning pallet wrapper has a 270° access ring around the turntable. This ring ramp is only 20cm long which is ideal for quick and easy pallet truck loading. 
 
 This Italian made pallet wrapping machine also has an automatic stretch wrap cut off feature. This means there is no need to manually cut the stretch film at the end of the wrapping cycle.
 
Unlike standard pallet wrappers, its low-profile turntable saves space as it removes the need for a steep inclined ramp. The power pre stretch unit provides ultra-high stretch yields and reduces plastic pallet wrap usage and costs.

FUNCTION

  • Electromagnetic brake for film stretching or optional power pre-stretch.

  • Adjustable parameters: cycle election, bottom & top laps, top sheet cycle, rotation speed, carriage ascent speed, carriage descent speed, film tension, starting wrapping height.

  • 6 working cycles: ascent/descent; top sheet; only ascent; only descent; layers; stack.

  • Storage of 32 end user programs.

  • 3 working modes: semi manual, semi-automatic, fixed height.

  • Strengthening operation.

  • Braked turntable at the end of the cycle.
