This 19mm Poly strapping is our general-purpose hand-grade product. The strapping is applied by hand rather than with an automatic strapping machine that requires heavier duty ‘machine grade’ strap. The strap is tightened with a manual tensioner and then bonded together with a metal clip using the sealer tool.  

Poly strapping is made of a durable and lightweight polypropylene plastic that is water resistant and non-corrosive, therefore suitable for outdoor environments. It is ideal for strapping fragile items that would otherwise be scratched with steel strapping. This strap is 0.55mm thick with a tensile strength of 210 kg. The rolls are 1,000 meters in length and are packed in a box with an open top for easy dispensing and neat storage.  

This product is available in a variety of grades and thicknesses to suit different load types and strapping methods.
