Class 9 miscellaneous dangerous goods substances present a potential danger or hazard not covered by other classes. They can include substances transported at elevated temperatures, environmentally hazardous materials, miscellaneous articles and substances, genetically modified organisms, and micro-organisms, as well as magnetised materials and aviation regulated substances (depending on the method of transport). Some examples of class 9 miscellaneous dangerous goods are dry ice, vehicles, and chemical kits.
