Monthly Friday breakfasts for the team – the Melbourne office feast cooked on the barbie by managing director Tim and his sons – is always a tasty and fun highlight. It brings staff together from all parts of the business to share a meal and an informal catch up, supporting a close team environment.

Outwardly, Omni Group is a proud supporter of Rapid Relief Team Australia, an organisation that provides on-the-ground assistance to communities in immediate need, including Australian bushfire and flood victims, and international communities requiring disaster relief. Omni Group’s regular contributions are an important reflection of two of the company’s key values of ‘respond” and “rely”.

Internal staff lunches and breakfasts also provide the team with the opportunity to nominate and support other charities, through making small contributions that are matched by the company.
