The Omni Airfil Void Fill Pillow Solution provides an effective, economical, and convenient solution for protecting products in transit. Inflatable void fill is a popular method of packaging with its lightweight material and protective qualities. Designed to meet diverse packaging needs, Airfil offers three variants of inflatable void fill: air pillows, bubble wrap, and air tubes. All pillow types feature excellent puncture resistance and maximum cushioning to ensure maximum protection is provided.   
 
Airfil air pillows that are 200mm x 120mm in size and are perforated every 120mm. For the hybrid and high-speed inflator machines, air pillow roll lengths vary. The hybrid inflator rolls are 700m in length, equating to 5833 pillows, while the high-speed machine film is 2400m rolls with approximately 20,000 pillows. The inflatable bubble sheets are 400mm x 330mm in size and come in boxes of 450m, translating to 1363 sheets. The air tubes are 400mm x 100mm, delivering 1900 tubes for every 190 meters of film provided. The Handy Pak solution offers a convenient alternative with pre-inflated void fill pillows, eliminating the need for an inflator machine.  
 
The Omni Airfil brand offers two types of inflating machines that accommodate their variety of inflatable packing solutions. These void fill inflator machines feature dynamic patent sealing technology, uniform cushioning with linear pressure, temperature auto-adjustment and tension control. The air pillow machines have fast warm up times, with automatic and semi-automatic settings, making them user-friendly.
