Polyester strapping, also known as PET strapping, is used for securing heavy loads such as bricks, timber, and tiles. It is commonly used as a safe alternative to steel strapping. Its non-corrosive properties make it ideal for use with fragile materials such as glass, wood, and metal. It provides secure bundling without damaging the items. This makes it ideal for outdoor applications such as securing cargo on shipping containers, construction materials, and marine vessels.

PET strapping is made of heavy-duty material with high tensile strength. The high level of elongation and recovery make this type of strap ideal for loads that may settle, expand, or contract during shipping. The elongation of the strap helps to reduce the impact of sudden movement. With its superior strength and versatility, polyester strapping offers an ideal solution for your high-strength packaging needs.

It can be applied manually with hand levered tensioner, then held together with a metal seal and crimped to close the seal, holding the strapping in place. Otherwise, a sealless strapping tool can be used which is ideal for fast and high-volume applications. Dispenser trolleys which are made to suit these rolls, are ideal for transporting and dispensing the rolls efficiently and quickly.

The product is green with an embossed finish. This range of PET straps is available in many widths and strengths to suit different load types.
