19mm Poly Woven Strapping is a popular alternative to steel banding as it is safer and easier to apply while still maintaining high load capacity. It is a soft woven material which makes it easy to handle as well as having minimal ‘spring back’ when the strap is cut, and tension is released. Also because of its soft texture, it won’t damage the items being strapped as metal does. This makes it ideal for strapping fragile items like glass and furniture. This non-corrosive and water-resistant woven strap is suitable for outdoor applications and is widely used in the construction industry for bundling loads of scaffolding and other building materials.

Poly woven strapping is white with a blue stripe which indicates its load capacity of 590kgs. This range of strapping is available in a variety of grades and thicknesses to suit different applications. A tensioner and metal buckles are required for application, making it a simple and easy strapping method.

Features and Benefits:

  • Load capacity of 590kg.
  • Safe to use, soft on hands, no sharp edges.
  • Minimal spring back during cutting.
  • Shock absorbent maintains tension over time.
  • Corrosion-free and UV resistant.
  • Soft on load, no cargo damage.
  • Reusable and easy to dispose of.
  • Low tooling costs, only a tensioner required.
  • Lightweight and easy to transport.
  • Superior join efficiency with metal strapping buckle.
  • Poly Woven Strapping Dispenser to suit
