Double Sided Splicing Tape Omni 724 48mm x 50m

Splicing tape is a double sided tape consisting of non-woven tissue as a carrier and coated with acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive. This tape has excellent bonding strength and holding power, with anti-rebound and temperature resistance to 120 degrees.
 
Applications

• Applied to different kinds of materials, such as wood, metal, glass, paper, painting, and various plastics and textiles
• Good adhesion to LSE materials, such as PP or some PE, as well as coated paper and finish materials.
• Suitable for bonding of refrigerator evaporator and control panel, nameplate, the front panel of TV and player, etc.
• Available in 12, 18, 24, 36, and 48mm widths to suit various applications

Application Techniques

• Apply appropriate pressure for better adhesive contact and bonding strength.
• For optimum adhesion, the bonding surface must be clean, dry, and uniform. Alcohol or ethyl acetate is a typical cleaning solvent, take appropriate precautions when using cleaning solvents.
• The ideal application temperature is 21-38℃. We do not suggest applying the tape at temperatures <10℃.
