01. Promotion Period
The Custom Printed Tape Promotion (hereafter referred to as the "Promotion") is scheduled to commence on 15th January 2025, at 10:00 AM Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) and will conclude on 31st January 2024, at 11:59 PM AEST (referred to as the "Promotion Period").

2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to customers through Omni Group's official website (www.omnigroup.com.au) during the Promotion Period. To be eligible for the Promotion, participants must be 18 years of age or older and residents of Australia. Employees of the Omni Group, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. 

3. Qualifying Purchases
To qualify for the Promotion, participants must order two cartons or more of custom printed tape during the Promotion Period. 

4. Reward
The reward is 10% off the custom printed tape order. The Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions set forth by Omni Group.

5. Delivery
The Promotion will be credited within 14 business days of the end of the Promotion Period.

6. Limitations
The Promotion cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts provided by the Omni Group.

7. General Conditions
The Omni Group reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion without prior notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or any circumstances outside of its control. By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Omni Group, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

8. Privacy
Participants' personal information collected during the Promotion will be used in accordance with the Omni Group's privacy policy, available at www.omnigroup.com.au/privacy-policy, including for the administration of the Promotion and the delivery of the Promotion.

9. Liability
The Omni Group and its affiliates will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any participant as a result of participating in the Promotion or the use of the Gift Card, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
