01. Promotion Period
The Lock in a 12-Month Rental Agreement to Earn 50,000 Reward Points Promotion (hereafter referred to as the “Promotion”) will commence on 12 June 2025 at 2:30 PM Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) and will end on 30 June 2025 at 11:59 PM AEST (the “Promotion Period”).

02. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to all customers who enter into a 12-month rental agreement for an Omni Pallet Wrapper through the Omni Group’s official website (www.omnigroup.com.au) during the Promotion Period. To be eligible, participants must be individuals aged 18 years or older and residents of Australia. Employees of Omni Group, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

03. Qualifying Agreement
To qualify for the Promotion, participants must successfully sign and enter into a 12-month rental agreement for an Omni Pallet Wrapper via the Omni Group website during the Promotion Period. Any additional fees such as shipping, handling, and taxes are excluded from qualification.

04. Reward
Eligible participants who enter into a qualifying rental agreement will receive 50,000 Omni Rewards Points. The Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions set by Omni Group.

05. Reward Delivery
The Reward Points will be credited to the participant's Omni Rewards account within 14 business days after the rental agreement has been processed and activated. Participants are responsible for providing accurate account information. Omni Group is not responsible for delays or failures in delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the participant.

06. Limitations
Each participant is eligible to receive the Reward only once during the Promotion Period, regardless of the number of rental agreements entered into. The Promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts offered by Omni Group.

07. General Conditions
Omni Group reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its control.
By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that all decisions made by Omni Group in relation to the Promotion are final and binding. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

08. Privacy
Personal information collected during the Promotion will be used in accordance with Omni Group’s privacy policy, available at www.omnigroup.com.au/privacy-policy. This includes use for administration of the Promotion and delivery of the Reward Points.

09. Liability
Omni Group and its affiliates will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any participant in connection with the Promotion or use of the Reward, except to the extent such liability cannot be excluded by law.

To be eligible for the Promotion, participants must be individuals who are 18 years of age or older and residents of Australia. Omni Group reserves the right to request valid identification to ensure compliance with this agreement. 

3. Qualifying Purchases
To receive the 500 points, participants must use the code at checkout on the Omni Group website. Participants must be signed up to Omni Rewards when the checkout code is applied. The checkout code can only be applied once per account/customer. 

4. Reward
2,500 Omni reward points will be given to participants. The Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions set forth by Omni Group.

5. Reward Points Delivery
The Promotion will be credited within 14 business days of the Promotion Period ending.

6. Limitations
The Promotion cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts provided by the Omni Group.

50,000 reward points will be given to participants. The Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions set forth by Omni Group.
