Omni Gel Chill Packs are the most common form of coolant used in cool-chain deliveries, as they stay at a lower temperature longer than ice. Gel chill packs are a convenient and economical solution for delivering temperature-sensitive products at optimal temperatures. These reusable chill packs are perfect for meal delivery service, frozen foods, seafood, pathology, and pharmaceuticals. These gel packs are suitable to freeze and refrigerate.
The non-toxic sodium polyacrylate gel inside means they are safe to use with both food and pharmaceuticals. Our Gel Ice Pack consists of a mix of 99% water and 1% non-toxic fine polymer to form a gel. These chill packs are made from durable material and therefore are reusable. To dispose of these gel chill packs, you can simply thaw and pour the gel down the sink. Their LDPE outer bag is 100% recyclable with other soft plastics.
