Automatic Pallet Wrapping Machine

The Superplus Automatic Pallet Wrapping Machine maximises wrapping efficiency through unique automation features. This award-winning pallet wrapper has several features and key benefits that are unique to the Omni machines. 

Our Omni Pallet Wrappers have a unique power pre-stretch system that allows ultra-high stretch yields. This guarantees a reduction in plastic stretch wrap costs and usage. 

A chain drives the rotating turntable on this machine. It automatically clamps the film at the start of the cycle, cuts it at the end, and seals it with heat. This eliminates the need for manual attachment, cutting, and removal of film. Operators can remotely operate this pallet wrapping machine to increase warehouse efficiency.

These automated pallet wrapping machines are available for purchase or rental. We offer full maintenance and servicing as well as 5- and 10-year warranty options.

FUNCTIONS

  • Power pre-stretch carriage.

  • Wrapped pallet counter.

  • Automatic cycle for film hooking, pallet wrapping, film cold cutting and film hot sealing.

  • 3 working methods: semi-manual, semi-automatic, and fixed height.

  • 3 working cycles: ascent/descent, top sheet, layers.

  • Adjustable parameters: cycle selection, bottom & top laps, top sheet cycle parameters, rotation speed, carriage ascent & descent speed, film tension, and starting wrapping height.

  • Strengthening operation.

  • Stop at 0 position.

  • Air device to blow up the film tail.

  • Braked turntable at the end of the cycle.
