Carton sealing machines, also known as box taping machines, are operated by two side belts driving a carton through top and bottom tape dispensing rollers. These rollers apply pressure-sensitive adhesive tape to the box as it travels on the conveyor
through the machine, sealing the flaps closed. Once the box exits the sealing unit, the next box is immediately ready to be fed through.
The Omni 310 Semi-Automatic machine has a conveyor speed of 19 meters per minute. To suit different carton sizes, the width and height belts are manually adjustable. This model machine can be used to tape any carton that has a width of 110mm to 500mm
and a height of 100mm to 500mm. The random carton sealing machines will automatically adjust the top and side belts to
accommodate different carton sizes fed through. This is ideal for production lines where the box sizes are not consistent.
These automatic carton sealers can also be integrated to work in conjunction with other machines in the production line such as carton erectors,
heat shrink machines and pallet wrappers. These machines are used in many different industries including food and beverage and other manufacturing, packing and distribution companies.
Various types of packaging tape machine rolls can be dispensed through these carton sealers. Most commonly 1000 meter packaging tape rolls are used on these machines. We also offer machine tape with 2000 meters per roll to further increase productivity as roll changes are less frequent. Acrylic, hot melt and natural rubber are the three main adhesive types of machine tape.
We can also custom print machine tape rolls with packing information or company logos.
