Elite Wrap Rolled Edge is a premium grade stretch film developed to reduce wrapping costs and plastic usage. Omni’s Elite Pallet Wrap has high performance resins allowing the thinner micron film to have the same strength as a thicker stretch wrap.
This environmentally friendly ‘thinner, stronger, longer’ stretch wrap will reduce plastic usage by up to 40%. This 5um thick pallet wrap is pre-stretched film. The rolled edges of this stretch wrap strengthen the plastic and reduce damage during hand wrapping.
Pre-stretched film allows for consistent tension throughout the wrapping cycle. The ends of the roll are rounded means that dropping the roll will not damage it like regular pallet wrap rolls.
Elite Rolled Edge hand wrap rolls are 420mm wide are 800 meters in length. We developed this pallet wrap with the Elite Glide Hand Stretch Wrap Dispenser to make hand wrapping pallets easier and reduce back strain. These lightweight rolls of stretch film make hand wrapping pallets easier. It meets the safety guidelines for manual pallet wrapping and handling.
The Elite Wrap stretch films are available in hand and machine rolls to suit both wrapping applications.
