Omni Rewards Program Terms and Conditions
Membership & Eligibility
The Omni Rewards Program (āProgramā) is an online only rewards program offered by Omni Group Pty Ltd (āOmni Groupā) to customers who are a resident of Australia and 18 years or older. Membership to the Program is created based on individual email accounts and not based on an Omni Group Customer Account Number. An account is limited to one (1) per email.Ā
New customers that register an Account on the Omni Group website (omnigroup.com.au) will automatically opt-in to the Program. Existing customers with online accounts will need to opt-in to the Program via the website. By participating in the Program, you will be subscribed to received email communication from Omni group, some of which may be marketing related. You can opt-out at anytime from our communications.

Earning and Redeeming Omni Group Program Rewards
Under the Program, you can earn one (1) Omni Rewards Point per Australian dollar ($1.00) spent online on the Omni Group website (omnigroup.com.au) only. Ā From time to time, if there is a special offer or promotion available, you may be eligible to earn more than one (1) Omni Rewards Point per Australia dollar ($1.00). These special offers will be awarded as described in the applicable promotional offer and will be subject to further set Terms.
Points are valid throughout one (1) financial year and will expire at the end of that same financial year. For example, all points accumulated from 01/07/2024 throughout 30/06/2024 will automatically be forfeited and therefore expire on 01/07/2025. Expired points cannot be reinstated.Ā
Omni Rewards Points have no cash, monetary, or real-world value. Ā Omni Rewards can only be redeemed for Rewards available on the Omni Group website (omnigroup.com.au).Ā
If an advertised Reward becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Omni Group's control, Omni Group may substitute a Reward of equal or greater value.Ā
Changes, Termination & Removal From Program
If for any reason this Program is not capable of running as planned (including in the event of fraud or attempted fraud), Omni Group reserves the right to modify the terms of the Program including the Rewards, and, suspend or terminate the Program. In the event of such modification, suspension, or termination, Omni Group will notify participants of the Program via email and/or our website. Members will not receive any compensation from Omni Group in the event of modification or suspension of the Program.

Any abuse of the Program, failure to follow any terms of the Program, any misrepresentation or any conduct detrimental to the interests of Omni Group Pty Ltd, or fraud or attempted fraud, may be subject to termination of the Program and will affect eligibility for further participation in the Program.

Membership is non-transferable and redeems must be made by the member. If your membership is revoked or otherwise cancelled (whether by you or Omni Group in accordance with these Terms), or if the Program is terminated, any Points in your account will automatically be forfeited and therefore expire.Ā
It is your responsibility to check or review these Terms from time to time to keep informed of any changes. If the Terms of the Program change, you may choose to cancel your memerbership by opting out on the Omni Group website (omnigroup.com.au) or email marketing@omnigorup.com.au
