This Steel Strapping Tensioner is a heavy-duty grade tool suitable to be used with 12 to 19-mm steel strapping. These tools are used to tension the strap around the load to ensure it is held securely together. With its robust design and ease of use, this hand-levered tensioner allows you to tighten the strap with very little effort. They are designed to rest on the surface of the load while the lever is pulled back and forth to tighten the steel banding.
This tensioner is often used in conjunction with a manual sealer tool and metal clips to complete the strapping process.
