Spiral wrap, also known as orbital machine stretch wrap and machine bundling wrap are short 250mm rolls of film made to suit the orbital wrapping machines. This product has an excellent holding force to ensure an effectively wrapped load which is important to ensure your items are safe and secure during transit. Spiral wrap also provides an extra layer of protection from dust and moisture damage for items.
 
The Spiral Wrap 20 rolls are 250mm wide by 2000 metres in length and has the strength of a 20um stretch film. Various grades and thicknesses of this bundle wrap film are available to suit different applications.  
 
Orbital Wrappers are mainly used to wrap long and narrow items together like mouldings, blinds, pipes and frames. These machines have double dispensing reels for the spiral wrap rolls to fit on which allows a fast and effective wrap. The items are laid horizontal in the orbital wrapping machine and the spiral bundling film wraps around the load in a circular rotating motion to secure it together.
