Large TempGuard Thermal Insulation Liners are 535mm x 900mm in size. This product is 100% curbside recyclable and is used widely by the cold chain transport industry to ship temperature-sensitive products like seafood, dinner kits, and readymade meals. It is an environmentally friendly alternative to polystyrene boxes and foil bubble wrap which are bulky and not recyclable.  
 
These insulative box liners are made with heavy-duty kraft paper containing inner padding, which provides excellent insulating properties while being made from recycled material. When used with gel chill ice packs, TempGuard can maintain appropriate temperatures while in transit for 12 to 48 hours. These thermal liners are 14mm thick and can absorb moisture which reduces condensation while offering cushioning and protection.  
 
Two paper liners are required to form a set, one for the sides of the box and one for the top and bottom of the box. These thermal liners can be purchased separately or in a kit that includes the correct size box and the liners to suit.  
 
The medium kit includes;
