The medium-size TempGuard Thermal Insulation Liners are 260mm x 1320mm. This 100% curbside recyclable product is used by the cold chain transport industry to ship temperature-sensitive products such as readymade meals and dinner kits.  
 
TempGuard is an environmentally friendly alternative to foil insulation bubble wrap or polystyrene boxes which are bulky and hard to dispose of. These paper liners perform similarly to polystyrene foam boxes and can maintain the proper temperature for 12 to 48 hours when used with gel chill packs.  
 
These thermal liners are made from durable kraft paper and have an inner padding, which provides superior insulating properties while being made from recycled material. 14mm thick, these can absorb moisture which reduces the condensation on products while offering cushioning and protection during transport. 
 
Two of these thermal liners are used to form a set, one for the sides and one for the top and bottom of the box. These liners can be purchased separately or in a kit that includes the correct size box and the liners to suit.
