This automated carton sealer, also known as a box taping machine, is operated by two side belts driving a carton through top and bottom tape dispensing rollers. These rollers apply pressure-sensitive adhesive machine tape to the box as it travels on the conveyor through the machine, sealing the flaps closed. Once the box exits the sealing unit, the next box is immediately ready to be fed through.
 
The Omni Automatic machine has a conveyor speed of 19 meters per minute and can be integrated into a driven automatic conveyor. It can work in conjunction with other machines in the production line such as carton erectors, pallet wrappers, and heat shrink machines. This model machine can be used to tape any carton that has a width of 150mm to 480mm and a height of 120mm to 480mm.
