These Gummed Tape Carton Sealing Machines are the key to increasing warehouse productivity as well as reducing the risk of back injury and provide a more reliable and neater carton tape sealing solution, replacing the need to manually tape up the cartons by hand. Carton sealing machines, also known as box taping machines, are operated by two side belts driving a carton through top and bottom tape dispensing rollers. These rollers activate the adhesive and apply the tape to the box as it travels on the conveyor through the machine, sealing the flaps closed. Once the box exits the sealing unit, the next box is immediately ready to be fed through.
 
The Omni 85.310 machine has a conveyor speed of 12 meters per minute. To suit different carton sizes, the width and height belts are manually adjustable. This model machine can be used to tape any carton that has a width of 130mm to 500mm and a height of 130mm to 480mm. The random carton sealing machines will automatically adjust the top and side belts to accommodate different carton sizes fed through. This is ideal for production lines where the box sizes are not consistent.
 
These automatic carton sealers can also be integrated to work in conjunction with other machines in the production line such as carton erectors, heat shrink machines and pallet wrappers.
